This morning I woke up with the feeling of a hangover... and I did not even drink alcohol! My legs felt sooo tired and heavy. I felt like my granny...
So, what to do? What is the best solution for that? In stead of being grumpy to my boyfriend I got out of bed this time and did a few sun salutations on the yogamat and a shoulderstand. My legs lightened up because of the reverse postures I did. Felt already a bit better.
I had in mind to make Green Happiness Pancakes, but my body wanted some more lighters and easy to eat.
Looking in the fridge and on the dresser I found: half a cucumber, an avocado, white seedless grapes, bananas, blue berries, almond milk, spinach and ahhhh sweet: matcha powder! That's gonna help me to get over this Grrrr@#$%^&*-feeling, I thought.
I mixed it all together (except the blueberries, those I used for decoration on top and to have a nice bite). Sometimes I follow a recipe, now I decided to follow my intuition. And, that was not a bad choice. It tasted exactly what I needed and that's so great about cooking yourself! You just follow your heart and add this or that a little based on your own ideas. Hmmmmm. Yummie.
I revived. And a few hours after I had climbed out of bed, I had the feeling I really woke up.
