After finishing plate nr1, I went for another plate. I took the tempe salad with beans. I thought it was served warm, but it was cold. Either way, it has been marineated very good. Mushroom salad is very spectaculiar with 6 different kind of mushrooms. The dressing tasted very creamy. I thing pearl couscous is added. It has very nice strong flavours.
Salad of seaweed: you have to know seaweed and nori is very healthy, so I tried something different you will not make in your own kitchen. It tasted pure, no artifical additions. You cannot compare this with the seaweed salad in the supermarket or sushi toko. Those are way too sweet. This one is perfect in taste. Basic. As dessert I choose an abricotcake. It looked very tasty. Unfortunately this is the first piece I was not very font of. I think it is because of the silk tofu and yofu (tofu yoghurt). A bit too many soy beans for me so I left that on my plate. The bottom is very crumbly and the abricotjelly on top I like too.
Chocolade cake: Good structure. The bottom of the cake is soft and delicate. The combination of all the layers are well balanced. There is some chocolate mousse in between. Very tasty and chocolately. If you are hungry, this cake will satisfy you totally.
I finished with 3 scoops of ice. The chocolate icecream is sweetened by pear-applejuice but for me it was not I was hoping for reminding the chocolate icecream made of tea at Quies Tea. It is jut that I don’t taste the choco that much. The second scoop was flavor of syrupwaffle. Vegan yes. Vanilla with little pieces of syrupwaffles. The third was the best: hazelnut-caramel. Yummy! Super tasty and I have found my match.
